I bumped into this TED talk a while ago and today i bumped into it again (video below)

So what leads to success? After 7 years of research and 500 interviews later..

1- Passion
2- Hard work
3- Get good at something
4- Focus on one thing
5- Push yourself
6- Get over shyness and self doubt
7- Serve
8- Ideas
9- Persist
